Portfolio - House Rennovation
This was a large project which involved the total rennovation of an old house. The house was totally gutted and once most of the 'big' work was done, we installed underfloor heating throughout, both upstairs and downstairs. Floor insulation was laid, then a layer of polythene to prevent re-action between the screed and the insulation's foil backing. Pipes were laid on top of this and then self-levelling screed was pumped in. The system is controlled by a multi-valve manifold providing controllable heating at a room/zone level.
